We understand that some venues require you to leave by 12.00 pm. We prefer to collect the following day, however we will collect the same evening if no alternative.

Delivery wiil usually be before 1.00pm on the day depending on how busy we get, however will will call on the day to give you a more accurate time.

Payment is COD on the day or you can electronically transfer funds online. Credit card facilities are not available.

Allow 2 hours for the machine to freeze the product.

You will need a solid table or counter top and access to a power point. No glass or plastic tables as they will not support the weight.You will also need to provide the alcohol for the cocktail.

Use only the syrups we provide together with the correct quantity of alcohol. This will ensure the correct operation of the machine and avoid any malfunction.

Yes, just leave the alcohol out and replace with same quantity of water.

When made as per instructions the cocktails are 5% alcohol by volume. As a comparison, full strength beer is 5% and champagne is 12%

If the machine malfunctions for any reason, call us. In most cases we can trouble shoot over the phone and in the event we cant correct the fault, we would swap the machine and get you going again. Please note that if something goes wrong very late into your function, this may not be possible

Delivery and pickup and one bottle of cocktail syrup per bowl is included within metro area.Cups are also provided. If you live outside our delivery area, a delivery charge will apply or we may decline the booking. Please advise the suburb at the time of enquiry.
